Biking has become a huge part of my life in the past few years. All throughout college I used a bike to commute everywhere I went but about 2 and a half years ago, I started riding trails. It has become a favorite activity of mine and can’t see a life without it. Completing most trails in central and north Louisiana multiple times, I have a craving to explore outside this state and conquer other terrain. Which is something I hope to do this summer. Finding a job might hinder and help though.
I’m always talking friends into at least trying it out and most falling in love. Which is another great part about it, the community. Moving back home in Alexandria, I am a bit lost on the community here but have been looking to get more involved. The bike shop will start back up and hopefully I can find some others groups around. Kincaid has some amazing options and plenty of them to explore. So I know there has to be a community around here. Just have to dig deeper. If you know of anyone or ride yourself, let me know! Hit the trail together sometime.
